Who uses this integration

MeowMix OpenClaw is a private integration used only by Peter Clark with his own Google account. It is not offered to the public.

Google data accessed

• Gmail: message content and associated metadata needed to find, read, and summarise Peter’s email.
• Google Calendar: calendars and event details needed to review Peter’s schedule and create, update, or delete events at his request.

Purpose and use

Google data is used only to provide the private assistant functions Peter requests. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Authorisation tokens are stored securely in Peter’s private OpenClaw environment. Relevant content or summaries may be retained in private workspace files or logs when needed for continuity. Peter does not sell Google user data or share it with other users, advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data may be processed only by the infrastructure and model providers Peter configures to operate his private integration on his behalf.

Tokens are retained until Peter disconnects the integration or revokes access. Other retained data remains only for as long as Peter chooses to keep the integration or its private records.

Deletion

Peter can revoke the integration’s Google access at any time through his Google Account permissions and can delete retained records from his OpenClaw environment. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

This integration’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
