Perhaps you're like me and you have a co-parenting schedule, and if you are like me you've probably experienced how incredibly annoying managing that schedule is.
Etchaschedule is a simple iOS and web app that allows co-parents to manage their co-parenting schedule. It's a simple calendar that understands your parenting schedule (week on/off, 5-2-2-5, anything else) and then allows you to modify it as things come up in life.
You can also add specific events (rather than nights) such as doctor appointments and ensure that they have clear ownership as to which parent is taking the kids to that too.
Features
Once you have setup your schedule, you can connect it to Google Calendar to sync
Swapping nights sends a request to your co-parent for them to accept/discuss
You get notifications if you're having your kids on a night you usually don't
There's an MCP so you can delegate all this to your agent!
How I built this
I built this with Expo, Fly and Claude Code — as usual. Honestly it was super simple and really quite fun to nail all the interactions, for example I found it very intuitive to tap calendar days to request swaps, but then how do you add specific events on a given day? Etc.
